Free Visual Inspection With Every Visit
Know Before You Buy
A used car is a four-figure bet on a stranger's word. We meet the car at the seller's location, inspect it end to end, and hand you the truth before you hand over money.
The Perfect Mobile Service
A pre-purchase inspection is the one repair-industry service that was always meant to be mobile: the car you're buying is at the seller's place, not yours. We meet it there — private seller's driveway or dealer's lot — so you never have to ask a stranger to let you borrow their car for the day.
The inspection covers the engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, tires, cooling system, electronics, and body — plus a full computer scan for stored codes and a test drive. You get photos, findings, and a plain-English verdict: buy it, negotiate it, or walk away.
When You Need One
Any used-car purchase, but especially:
Private-Party Sales
No dealer inspection, no recourse — just you and the seller's assurances.
Out-of-Town Cars
Buying from a listing two counties away? We inspect it so you don't drive out for a dud.
'Ran When Parked'
Auction finds, project cars, and suspiciously good deals deserve extra scrutiny.

FAQs
What does the inspection cover?
Engine health and leaks, transmission behavior, brakes, suspension and steering, tires, cooling system, battery and charging, all electronics and accessories, body and frame condition, plus a full computer scan and a road test. You get photos and a written summary of everything found.
Do sellers actually agree to this?
Legitimate sellers almost always do — it's a normal part of a used-car sale. A seller who refuses an independent inspection is telling you something important for free.
How fast can you get to a car?
Often within a day or two — good cars sell fast and we treat these as time-sensitive. Book online or call with the listing details and the seller's location.
How long does a pre-purchase inspection take?
Plan on roughly 60–90 minutes at the seller's location, including the test drive and computer scan. You get the verdict the same day — usually on the spot — so you can move before another buyer does.
Can you inspect a car at a dealership?
Yes. Dealers along the Wasatch Front see independent inspections all the time, and reputable ones cooperate readily. Tell us the stock number and the lot's address, and we'll coordinate the visit with the salesperson.
