Mobile Battery Testing & Replacement
The number-one reason cars won't start — and the easiest one to fix without a tow. We test your battery and charging system where the car sits and replace it on the spot.
A Dead Battery Shouldn't Cost You a Tow
When your car won't start, the battery is the most likely culprit — and replacing it is exactly the kind of job that never needed a shop in the first place. We come to your home, workplace, or wherever the car died with the correct battery for your vehicle already on board.
Before swapping anything, we test the battery, the alternator's charging output, and the starter draw, so you replace the part that actually failed — not the one that's easiest to sell.
Signs Your Battery Is on Its Way Out
Batteries rarely die without warning. Watch for:
Slow Cranking
The engine turns over sluggishly, especially on cold mornings.
Electrical Oddities
Dim headlights at idle, flickering dash lights, or a radio that resets.
Age
Most batteries last 3–5 years — Utah's hot summers shorten that.
Corrosion
White or blue-green crust on the terminals restricts current flow.
How a Mobile Battery Visit Works
Test First
We load-test the battery and check the alternator and starter, so you're not buying a battery you don't need.
Right Battery, Right Fit
We install a name-brand battery matched to your vehicle's group size and cold-cranking specs.
Clean & Protect
Terminals cleaned and treated to slow future corrosion; memory saved so your radio and settings survive.
Old Battery Recycled
We haul away and recycle the old battery — nothing left in your garage.
Why Drivers Call Us for Batteries

FAQs
My car won't start — how do I know it's the battery?
Clicking when you turn the key, dim dash lights, or no response at all usually point to the battery — but a failed starter or alternator can look similar. That's why every visit starts with testing all three before anything gets replaced.
How long does a mobile battery replacement take?
Usually 30–60 minutes from arrival, including testing, installation, terminal cleaning, and recycling the old battery. Some vehicles with hard-to-reach batteries take a bit longer.
Do you bring the right battery for my car?
Yes — tell us your year, make, and model when you book and we arrive with the correct group size and specification on board.
Will replacing the battery reset my radio and settings?
We connect a memory saver during the swap, so presets, seat memory, and learned engine settings survive on most vehicles. On newer cars that require it, we also register the new battery with the charging computer so it charges correctly from day one.
How can I make my battery last longer?
A few habits go a long way:
- Avoid frequent very short trips that never fully recharge the battery
- Keep terminals clean and tight
- Don't run accessories with the engine off
- Have the battery tested once a year after its third birthday
